I am a licensed massage therapist with a 5-star therapy practice. I have training in myology, anatomy, and neurology. All of these movements are routinely suggested to my clients to help them recover from complaints such as frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, sciatic pain and even overwhelming emotions like anger, grief and depression.

The plan was initially developed so that I could help my own body recover from arthritis and bursitis. With it, I was able to regain full mobility and rid myself of pain while still working as a massage therapist.
